Pick-up&Return

You can pick up at various locations including: Residence (Your home, Friend's house), Airport, Hotel.
After finishing your rental plan, just drop it into any mailbox in Japan!
*Please identify yourself at the airport counter or hotel reception.
Please show your identity confirmation documents, such as passport.
*We recommend you choosing this option only if your flight is scheduled to arrive early enough before the closing time of the post office, in case the flight delays. You need to check the business hour of the post office.

Delivery

To your home or a friend’s home, your WiFi device will be delivered to your assigned address in Japan. If you are not there, someone can pick it up for you.

Delivery at the day of ordering is possible for orders by Weekday 3pm/ Weekend 12pm.

Airport post office

You can pick up the WiFi router at the airport. Please show your passport as a proof of your identity.

You can pick up the WiFi router at the hotel you are staying at.

If you would like to pick up the wifi router at the hotel, please fill in the comment column below.
We do not contact hotels, please inform the hotel in advance that products would be delivered from Terralink Inc.

How to return

After using, please put the rental equipment into the Return Envelop (If you have chosen the Return Envelop option).
*If you do not have a Return Envelope, please return the goods using a delivery company. In such case, customers need to pay for the fee for returning.
Please be sure that fill in the following address and post it by the same day of the use last date.
Please be sure to fill in the correct address and send it before the last day of your plan. When our staff confirms that rental equipment has arrived at our office, the contract will be terminated.
